Underwater Origami

Kids learn how to make a few easy folds, and with just a little help from scissors, a crayon or felt tip pen, and a glue stick, they can turn a sheet of paper into a sensational sea creature. Co-authors Steve and Megumi Biddle demonstrate how to create a watery kingdom of diving dolphins, spouting whales, colorful coral, cantankerous crabs, tropical fish, and a diver—complete with flippers, mask, and air tank. Eighteen fun-to-do projects are presented, one per page, in the form of easy-to-follow step-by-step diagrams. The surprising results take form as paper sea creatures. Each is shown in full color so kids can compare the book's model with their own effort. Here's pure fun, from first page to last.
